Yesterday Stacie and I had the distinguished honor of sponsoring the Christmas banquet for the Alabama State Troopers Association Birmingham Post.
The event was held in Trussville and was very well attended by at least 125 troopers, family members, and their kids. Corporal Vu made sure that everyone received a gift, even though the Grinch slipped in and tried to steal some of them away. He was quickly apprehended by law enforcement on the scene.
I’ve always been a strong supporter of backing the blue and I pledge to continue that as your next United States Senator.
Thank you to the Birmingham Post for the beautiful plaque we were given.
