Team Walker attends the Jackson County Republican Meeting

On the Road for the Walkers January 8, 2026

Tonight our team attended the Jackson County Republican meeting. The meeting was well attended by about 75 people.

Our message was met with enthusiasm, especially Rodney’s message of positive economic growth and his desire for this country to produce 30 percent of the world’s GDP. We also discussed a balanced budget and the use of a “Jacksonian kitchen cabinet” to achieve it.

Lastly, we discussed his Rural Health Initiative. I was very encouraged by the support we experienced.

I would like to thank Senate Majority Leader Steve Livingston and his father, Jack, for being such gracious hosts.
