Walker speaks at the East Alabama Republican Club in Phenix City, Alabama

On the Road with the Walkers January 8, 2026

Tonight we traveled to Russell County to speak to the East Alabama Republican Club in Phenix City, Alabama. It was a very good turnout with around 65 people present. The meal of hamburger steak was excellent. We were each allowed to speak for about 20 minutes, and there were three speakers. I received an outstanding reception for my speech as I shared issues that face us as everyday Americans. I spoke about term limits, rural hospitals, infrastructure and the widening of I-65, EUDR, and the foreign invasion of Alabama land. I received several questions, and the audience was very receptive.

I would like to thank each member who came tonight and heard us speak. I also thank you for taking yard signs and memorabilia home with you.

As your next U.S. Senator, I promise to uphold the fact that this office belongs to the people, and I will always be among the people and listen to the people!
