You know, some days on the campaign trail have to be spent in the office getting work done. Wednesday was one of those days, catching up on a lot of things.

I wanted to share a bit of information with you because it truly touched me and made me feel good. This is not foolishness. This is ActiveVote.com, where common, grassroots, everyday people across the state of Alabama are allowed to enter their votes for candidates in all races.

Talk about making me smile. It shows that almost 70 percent of voters in the state of Alabama are supporting Rodney Walker as the next United States Senator. This reflects what we see every day as we travel across the state and visit with people. Most already know our name, and they have seen our commercials and our billboards.

We are excited, grateful, and truly honored to have this grassroots support. I promise we will not let you down.
