On the Road with the Walkers 🚗 May 14, 2026

This evening, we were honored to be invited to the Florala Civic Center in Florala. It was truly a great turnout of approximately 80 to 100 people, with many more arriving after the program began.

Rodney was able to speak for 15 minutes and then answer questions from those in attendance. We discussed several major issues facing our state, including our opposition to the carbon dioxide injection project proposed in Covington County. Thank you to everyone who attended for the warm welcome and wonderful hospitality.

Afterward, we headed over to the Depot for dinner. Florala has some great local spots, and the lake is absolutely beautiful.

On May 19th, we encourage you to vote for Rodney Walker for U.S. Senate. He’s a man who is out with the people, listening to your concerns, and ready to work hard for the people of Alabama.

And tomorrow, we hit the trail again as the bus tour continues.
